I acknowledge that the Event may be recorded (any content captured at or in connection with the Event, the “Event Content”). By attending this Event, I consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded, and to any use, by Loud and Live Inc, and each of their respective successors, assigns, affiliates, employees, agents, representatives, vendors, and licensees (the “Event Parties”) of my likeness, voice, and name in connection with the Event Parties use or exploitation of the Event Content, in any and all manger and media, in perpetuity.

I, on my own behalf, and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, executors and administrators, hereby unconditionally release, waive and forever discharge the Event Parties from any and all actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, claims or demands, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unseen, of any kind or nature, arising directly or indirectly in connection with my participation in the Event. This release shall apply to any loss of or image to my personal property, and to any personal injury (including death) that I suffer, including, without limitation, any loss, damage or injury sustained or allegedly sustained by me due to the negligent acts or omissions of the Event Parties.

I acknowledge that this Event is Rain or Shine! All tickets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase.
