Ariel Texidó was born in Havana, Cuba, and began his career with the Olga Alonso theater group. From those early years, he developed a successful and acclaimed career across theater, film, and television in both Cuba and the United States. His theater credits include Yerma, Romeo and Juliet, Six Characters in Search of an Author, Electra Garrigó, Ana in the Tropics, La Última Cena, Talco, and Hombres de Bar en Bar, among many others. He has also worked extensively with Arca Images in productions such as Hortensia y el Museo de Sueños, Tío Vania, El Cuento de René, and El Cuarto de al Lado. His film credits include Paraíso, Neuralgia, Cuba 2021, La Casa Vacía, Irene en La Habana, El Caballo, and Plantados. On television, he has appeared in Olvidarte Jamás, Más Sabe el Diablo, Relaciones Peligrosas, Marido en Alquiler, and Dueños del Paraíso.
